Fire Rated Insulated Hinged

We are pleased to now be able to offer a 1-hour fire rated version of our insulated hinged doors. Suitable for both chill and freezer applications the 100mm or 140mm leaf is mounted onto the stainless steel frame with specially designed heavy-duty hinges.

The door has achieved 60-minutes insulation and 60-minutes integrity from the Aidico test centre in Valncia, Spain to the latest EN standard (which is more stringent and tougher to pass than the corresponding BS version).

The Repro stainless steel "lever type" insulated door handle keeps the door leaf tight to the frame providing a better seal for both insulation and fire control purposes.

Fire rated vision panels with a stainless steel surround and double, triple or heated glass are also offered and do not affect the fire classification of the door.
