Suitable for offices, changing areas, warehouses and production facilities to name but a few applications, the 40mm personnel door is our most popular door due to its aesthetic appearance, durable design and cost effectiveness.

The injected leaf provides excellent adhesion between the leaf face and the door surround making the leaf more robust than those made from insulated panels. It also means that the final finish of our leaf and frame will have no visible fixings, which is essential in a hygienic environment.

Although stainless steel butt hinges are a standard item, a range of high specification ironmongery is also available:

In addition to the T5-treated anodised aluminium frame we can also offer the frame in white aluminium, stainless steel or your choice of RAL colour. Similarly, the leaf finish can also be provided in white foodsafe PVC (RAL9010), white polyester, stainless steel or any RAL reference.

Single leaf and double leaf doors can be manufactured to any dimensions and we hold 900mm x 2000mm clear opening single leaf doors in stock.
