Scr Insulated Doors

The SCR sliding system has been designed by Repro's in-house R&D department and has taken years of detailed creativity to perfect. The track comes complete with a T5-treated anodised aluminium canopy that protects the stainless steel sliding door mechanisms from dust and dirt, is easy to keep clean and has a more aesthetic appearance than other sliding systems.

The track runs on arnite wheels with stainless steel ball bearings and has a smooth operation on even the largest of manual sliding doors.

The adjustable suction stop at the end of the track will "catch" the door leaf when it is opened with excessive force and prevent it from returning into the opening where it is more susceptible to damage.

The brushed frame profile, chamfered leaf surround and sliding door track has a T5-treatment and a 20 micron stainless steel coating that provides outstanding durability against the most aggressive of wash-down facilities.

As our leaves are all injected with insulation, to bespoke dimensions, we are able to offer 80mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm leaf thicknesses. This flexibility means that the customer only pays for the insulation that their application requires.

The injected leaf provides excellent adhesion between the leaf face and the door surround making the leaf more robust than those made from insulated panels. It also means that the final finish of our leaf and frame will have no visible fixings, which is essential in a hygienic environment.

Vision panels can be supplied to any dimension with double and triple glazed units for above 0°C and with heated glass for negative temperatures.

In addition to the T5-treated anodised aluminium frame we can also offer the frame in white aluminium, stainless steel or your choice of RAL colour. Similarly, the leaf finish can also be provided in white foodsafe PVC (RAL9010), white polyester, stainless steel or any RAL reference.

Door protection is available in stainless steel, 5-bar aluminium or 8mm white polyethylene; as are painted steel or stainless steel goalposts and side gates. Please contact the office for more information.

Repro have also designed their own automatic sliding system, which is easy to install and is available with a range of safety features including photocell technology, edgemount safety strip and ‘soft-closing’ function.

The control panel has "fully open" and "partially open" push buttons so that air loss from the coldstore can be minimised for personnel traffic. There are a number of adjustable parameters on the display which can be changed by the user so that the door can be set-up to suit each application.
