Swing doors, crash doors, flip-flap doors, double-action doors, to-and-fro doors….call them what you will! Our doors are designed to withstand the abuse that is directed at them.
With stainless steel springs and shafts in the hinges they are suitable for wash-down areas and do not rust from the inside.
There are 4 swing door options:
Available in 5mm clear PVC, 6.5mm acrylic mesh or “top half clear, bottom half grey” this door can be installed onto a clamp frame to suit the insulated panel thickness or onto a plate frame to suit blockwork or steel-framed openings.
The white polyethylene door is fast becoming a favoured alternative to the flexible door, as people switch to a rigid more robust door leaf. Made from 15mm polyethylene (similar to plastic chopping board material) the leaf can withstand regular trolley traffic and can also be provided with additional 8mm polyethylene or stainless steel teardrop protection.
Swing door gasket is installed to the leading edge and hinge edge of the door leaf to minimise air loss as much as possible.
Available in single or double leaf and with vision panel included as standard for health & safety reasons.

The swing version of the 40mm personnel door has the same leaf design but with 180° hinges. 8mm polyethylene or stainless steel teardrop protection is again an option and the door leaf is available in a range of RAL colours.

This door is the most robust of all of the swing door options. The leaf is constructed from 5mm of solid white polypropylene either side of 30mm injected insulation. The door is designed to endure heavy traffic and the insulation properties are proving popular with energy-conscious companies within the industry.
Although the leaf itself does not need protecting, it is available with stainless steel teardrop protection, which is sometimes of benefit to keep the impact point away from the hinges.
