Maintenance Service Contracts

To ensure that your new doors have an increased lifespan we would highly recommend a Bluseal service contract. With a range of price options based on door types, quantities and usage there is sure to be a service contract that is right for you.

Complete control

Setting up a service plan gives you the knowledge the doors will be serviced by an agreed date and time which is convenient to you.
Usually every 6 or 12 months.

Experts guaranteed

Engineers who know the product inside-out and have the initiative and drive to sort any issues out “on the day” wherever possible.

Seal of approval

Peace of mind that your doors are being looked after by the original door supplier who know the history and will constantly assess that this is the right door solution for you.

The extra mile

We will always carry out any necessary  checks and inspect your doors for general wear and tear. Identify smaller issues sooner and prevent them from turning into more expensive breakdowns.

For any install, maintenance or service contract requirement please contact the office and our service team will be only too happy to help.

This varies depending on the plan you buy, the type and number of doors you have. However, our Bluseal experts will inspect your doors and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs taking care of.

Preventive Maintenance
Regular scheduled inspections (quarterly, biannual, or annual), lubrication of moving parts such as rollers, hinges, tracks, and bearings, adjustments to springs, cables, and alignment, as well as cleaning and removal of debris from tracks and mechanisms, are essential maintenance tasks for ensuring optimal performance and longevity of industrial doors.

Repairs and Replacement Parts
Repairs and replacement parts include minor repairs, such as tightening loose hardware and replacing small components, potential replacement of worn parts (which may be included or discounted), and priority access to spare parts and repair services.

For any install, maintenance or service contract requirement please contact the office and our service team will be only too happy to help.

Exclusions in a Service Plan for industrial doors include Accidental or External Damage e.g collisions, forklift impacts, or vandalism. All Weather-related damage from storms, floods, or earthquakes. Misuse and Negligence, Improper use of the doors beyond their intended specifications.
Tampering or unauthorized modifications by non-approved technicians and High-Cost Components and Upgrades. Complete door replacements due to wear, rather than individual part repairs.

All new doors come with a standard 12 month warranty based on “fair wear and tear”. Should you have any door issues within that warranty period then Bluseal’s maintenance teams can respond quickly and get the door working again with as little disruption as possible to your production.

Once you have made payment for your Service Plan, we will send you a confirmation by email. This will include your agreement number, and details of the plan you have purchased. You can then book in for a service when it is due, advising your nearest centre that you have a Service Plan, for which they can take payment from us, when it gets to that stage.
