Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- Contract management: 2 years (preferred).
- CSCS Card (preferred).
- Good level of IT experience – Particularly with Microsoft Office.
- A positive approach to problem solving & working within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To look after multiple door installation projects from contract award to completion including the ordering of materials, labour planning, job costing, budget management, invoicing/application for payment, and so on.
- To oversee insulated and industrial door projects for our regular customers on nationwide sites across the UK and occasionally in Ireland.
- To oversee steel hinged door projects for our increasing construction company customer base across the UK.
- To provide monthly updates to Senior Management on the progress of each project including the financial status.
- To provide accurate quotations for any additional works/extras that the customer requires.
- Maintain a positive approach at all times.
- Communicate the progression of the project with the customer throughout the process.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that they understand our requirements and that delivery deadlines are adhered to.
- Balance multiple contracts at once, ensuring each reaches the client’s completion date on time and within budget.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Regular site attendance/meetings to discuss programme and ensure the site is ready for the door installation to begin.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and up-to-date on our computer system and in the physical job file.
- Manage your time efficiently between the various sites and our Worcester based office.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Contract Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Coordinator to join our busy Contracts department. The successful candidate will be a core member of the team, responsible for the planning and delivery of installation, repair and service projects across the UK and beyond. Based at our Worcester head office, you will be initially supported by our experienced team of Contracts and Installation Managers, your ability to remain calm and think logically will be key to developing ownership of this role.
Desired Candidate Requirements:
- Project planning or scheduling experience
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Competent IT skills such as Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of project calendar
- Working both collectively and on your own initiative to plan multiple site teams covering installation, repair and service projects
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and operatives to successfully deliver all projects in the most effective manor
- Liaise with other departments such as sales, accounts, spare parts and transport to help achieve the best results for the business and our customers
- Log engineers hours and project reports
- Manage engineers app appointment system
- Provide administrative support for Contracts Managers
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Service & Repair Industrial Door Engineers
Service & Repair engineers with knowledge of a range of doors from high speed and sectional to roller shutter and dock equipment.

• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered

• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Providing support to team members where required
Essential
• A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
• Experience working within the Auto Door Industry (Essential)
• Desirable qualifications include: IPAF, CSCS/ ECS, ADSA/ ADIA BS EN16005 and/or City & Guilds

Experience of mechanical installation or repair of industrial doors is also preferred but not essential.
