Gordons Fine Foods

In January 2009, Bluseal successfully completed a large project on behalf of Insulated Construction for Gordon’s Fine Foods in Chandler’s Ford. The contract included the installation of 7 internal rapid rise doors with an interlock facility to an existing roller shutter. We also provided 7 windows and 23 insulated doors consisting of single & double leaf hygienic personnel doors, 15mm polyethylene swing doors, insulated hinged doors and manual SCR sliding doors for chill application.

One year on from the completion of the project, Andrew Gordon, Chairman of Gordon’s Fine Foods commented, “We are delighted with the quality of the doors in our new premises, they still look as good today as they did 12 months ago.

We have only had 1 minor issue with a rapid rise door in September but Bluseal had an engineer on site within 4 hours to rectify this. These are the sort of response times we need in an operation like ours and we were very impressed with the fast and professional manner this was dealt with.”
